  • 1 C apple cider vinegar
  • 1 C garlic juice
  • 1 C ginger juice
  • 1 C lemon juice

In a covered pot add all ingredients and boil for 30 minutes or until reduced to 3 cups of liquid. Allow to cool and then add three cups of natural honey. To a container transfer drink and store in the fridge. Each morning prior to breakfast consume one tablespoon.

  • 4 garlic bulbs, chopped into pieces
  • 3 to 4cm fresh ginger root, cut into slices
  • 4 lemons with peel, chopped into pieces
  • 8 cups water

Into a blender put garlic, ginger and lemon and mix until smooth. With the water place mixture in a stove top pot and heat until it boils, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover the pot and allow cooling once the water begins to boil. Strain liquid, pour into a container and store in the fridge. Per day at least two hours prior to eating drink one cup. Every day for three weeks continue this routine. Stop for a week and begin the process again.
