-INCREASE VITAMIN C INTAKE
If you suffer from low hemoglobin levels you should consume food rich in vitamin C. We cannot absorb iron in our bodies if there is not enough vitamin C.
Eat more food like papaya, lemon, oranges, bell, peppers, broccoli tomatoes and spinach.
If your body has enough folic acid it will absorb the iron properly. Rich source of folic acid are leafy greens like spinach and lettuce, chicken liver, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and beetroots.
-DRINK NETTLE TEA
Nettle tea contains vitamin B, iron and vitamin C which play the mayor role in raising the hemoglobin level. You should add 2 tablespoon of dried nettle leaves in a cup of hot water and leave it to stay for 10 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of honey, stir it well and drink the tea. Drink it twice a day.
