Home-made Infusion – Drink A Cup Of This A Day And Never Be Sick Again

In the tombs of the Pharaohs this plant, as the main ingredient of the beverage, was the main ingredient of the mixture for embalming. So it’s certainly one of the plants that everyone should have in the domestic pharmacy.

Sage is an excellent tool for purification of blood and mucus from the body. It strengthens the cardiovascular system, stimulates circulation, fights inflammation and bleeding.
While, on the other hand, curcumin, thesecond element possesses antibacterial properties, which means it destroys the cells of microbes and viruses in the organism.It’s an indispensable ingredient of many domestic preparations against flu, colds and respiratory infections.It is a natural analgesic, diabetes fighter and acts as a great preventionfor many cancerous diseases: breast cancer, prostate, colon, skin and lung.


It is even believed that curcumin can prevent the development of already formed cancer.

Traditional medicine recommends to mix sage with milk and if you add turmeric and honey, you will get home infusion.


  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. dried sage
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. powdered curcumin (1/2 for children)


Pour 250ml milk in a pot, add 1 tbsp. of dried sage in it and bring it to boil. As soon as the milk starts boiling set it aside and add 1 tsp. of butter. Cover it and leave it for 15 minutes.

Drain the milk, add 1tsp. of honey and 1 tsp. of powdered curcumin (half a teaspoon for children) and give it a good stir.

Prepare this drink before you go to bed and drink it warm at least half an hour before you go to sleep. The cold, flu and cough will dissapear in no time. You’ll never buy a cough syrup again.
