Hair loss (alopecia) is a condition which can be caused by numerous factors. It can occur suddenly or develop gradually depending on the cause. Some type of alopecia is temporary, while others can be permanent.
For this treatment, the only ingredient you need is some fresh ginger root. There are two ways to use it. You just take your cutting board and peeler and peel of the skin of the ginger root. Just peel of the first layer of the skin and you don’t want any of the heart layers to get peeled as well, just go until the flesh of the ginger root is revealing. For this method you only need to peel of the top part of it. Later, cut the ginger to a small pieces to fit in a blender. Then, put all of the pieces in the blender and add 2 tablespoons of water so it can be easier to blend. Blend until it becomes like a juice. Add water if necessary. When done, pour the mixture into a clean hair coloring bowl and you will start the treatment with a hair coloring brush. Make sure there are no tangles in your hair when you’re doing this.
Take the previously blended mixture and apply it all over your scalp. This can get a little messy, so put a towel on your shoulders to avoid getting your clothes dirty. Just get the juices of the ginger and the pulp of the ginger all over you scalp. You can use something like a cheesecloth to drain the juice out of your hair, but it can be washed anyways. If you use this ginger treatment regularly, you can notice that it can slightly lighten your hair. If you want to darken your hair, you can add some sesame oil on it. Ginger is amazing because it has health properties that can protect and condition your hair. It can make it grow faster and reduce dandruff. When you apply the mixture on your scalp, it’s going to feel really warm, tingling and stimulating. That is perfectly normal. Just a little disclaimer, ginger will not magically cure baldness. But if you have thin spots on your head or fighting hair loss, or having hard time growing your hair, the ginger will be amazing for your problem. Ginger helps to improve your blood circulation on your scalp, so increased blood flow means increased hair growth. When blood flows to your scalp it gets the nutrients to the follicle and get the oxygen that the follicles need for hair growth. One of the main things are the essential fatty acids that it has. Fatty acids are great for fighting hair loss, dandruff and thinning your hair. That’s why ginger is amazing to boost the hair growth. Ginger is very stimulating, so it’s going to get tingling and warm like said before. Your skin might turn red, but that’s not something to worry. If your skin is too sensitive, be careful not to let it act for too much because it can damage your skin.
