2000-Year-Old Tibetan Remedy Prolongs Life and Prevents Tumor

This old remedy allegedly could be used to treat eating disorders, prevent heart attacks and brain tumors, to improve eye health, but can also help us dramatically slow down body and skin aging and ensure longevity. Garlic and lemon are the two basic ingredients. It should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning.



  • 300 gr of garlic
  • 1 kg of lemons with peels (they should be finely grated)
  • 5l of water

How to Prepare:

Boil 1.5l of water, then reduce the heat and add the grated garlic and lemon. Cook the ingredients in a covered pot. Boil this mixture at a low heat 14 or 15 minutes, not a minute longer. When the mixture is cooled, put it in a jar.

Consume this remedy 50 ml per day, in the morning. Repeat this procedure twenty-five days. When you use up the remedy, make a 10-day break and then do this procedure again!

You need to strictly adhere to the daily dose and the pause of ten days. After this treatment do not take the remedy except if there is a deterioration in your overall health status.  Healthy people are recommended to take one or two doses of this remedy a year. This process should be repeated twice in the interval of six months.

Tibetan Tea for Long Life:

This Tibetan tea is used to prevent stress and prolong the span of one’s life.

Boil 2l of water for about 5 minutes and cool it. When the water is cooled, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, one pinch of chili pepper and one pinch of anise.

This tea is good to drink in sips all day long. Enjoy !
